After experiencing quintuple bypass open heart surgery in early 2020 I was motivated to work closer to my passion, small business. At the same time I had two friends lose their businesses due to lack of focus on the right things.
So, I launched Dreamriver Group in mid-2020 to help closely held companies grow their value and have a better exit. We are a value growth firm for companies in the lower to mid-market, helping owners maximize enterprise value.
As a CVBA I develop structured plans and engagements that empower the dreams of business owners.
I have over 40 years of business leadership and management experience serving from Fortune 50 to solopreneurs. For the last 25 years I have focused exclusively on small and medium enterprises.
I have deep expertise and experience with IT Service providers, Digital Marketing agencies and Industrial/manufacturing firms. I have owned two companies, a management consulting firm and an online media company (Podcasting industry)
I am married with 3 children and a granddaughter. I am active in my church, love to exercise, travel and golf.
